1. By booking lessons, using this website, or engaging services with Adelaide Drive Flow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions:
2. Driving lessons are provided for learner drivers, licence preparation, confidence building, refresher lessons, and related driver education services. All lessons are subject to instructor availability, vehicle availability, road conditions and safety considerations.
3. Bookings can be made online, by phone, text, or email. A booking is confirmed once accepted and where payment has been received. Lesson times may be limited during peak periods.
4. Payments Fees are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout or advised at booking. Package lessons, gift vouchers or promotional offers may have expiry dates and conditions.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur the full lesson fee. If sufficient notice is given, bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability.
6. Student Requirements Students must: 1. Hold a valid learner permit or licence appropriate for the lesson, 2. Carry their permit/licence during lessons where required by law, 3.Provide accurate booking information, 4.Wear suitable footwear and behave respectfully, 5. Follow lawful and safe instructions from the instructor.
7. Safety & Instructor Discretion Safety is the highest priority. Lessons may be refused, ended, or modified if the instructor reasonably believes: Conditions are unsafe, the student is unwell or impaired, the student behaves aggressively or dangerously or the vehicle or environment presents a risk. No refund is required where a lesson is ended due to unsafe or unlawful student behaviour.
8. Pick Up / Drop Off Pick-up and drop-off locations must be agreed in advance and within the service area unless otherwise approved. Arrival times may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or prior lessons.
9. Lesson Packages where multi-lesson packages are offered: Packages are non-transferable unless approved unused sessions are not redeemable for cash. Expiry dates may apply. Prices may change for new purchases, but confirmed packages remain valid during their stated period.
10. Vehicles Lessons are conducted in an instructor vehicle.
11. Liability to the extent permitted by law: Participation in driving lessons involves normal road-use risks. Adelaide Drive Flow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law
12. All website content, branding, logos, text, and images remain the property of Adelaide Drive Flow unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied or reused without permission.
13. Privacy Personal information is handled in accordance with the website Privacy Policy and used for bookings, communication and service delivery.
14. Changes to Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The latest version published on the website applies.
